Is this shop secure?

We take security very seriously and try to be as transparent as possible.
If you have any doubts, please ask other donators via discord about their purchase experience (they are listed with the donor role).
Also, we never have access to your payment details and the purchase is performed via an official gateway (shown by the official PayPal and Xsolla URLs during login/payment).

Can I upgrade my rank?

You can upgrade a rank by purchasing another rank. Your rank will be replaced, the old one paused and you receive your new rank for the time you bought it. After the rank expires the previous rank will continue.
Example: You have the Sergeant rank for 3 months and purchase the Captain rank after 2 months. You receive the Captain rank and its reward, the Sergeant rank is paused. As soon as the Captain rank expires you will go back to Sergeant for 1 more month.
Upgrading lifetime ranks is currently not supported but feel free to contact us if you are interested.

How do I get my rewards?

After the payment has been completed successfully, the reward will be applied automatically within one minute. You will also receive a confirmation email.

How does the PayPal payment work?

After clicking the checkout button, you need to log in to your PayPal account. It needs enough money on it or a connected credit card or bank account.

How does the Xsolla payment work?

Xsolla is a payment gateway for a variety of payment methods like Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. After clicking the Xsolla checkout button, you can pick your payment method and confirm the purchase.

The payment was successful but I didn't receive the reward

Please be patient as some payment methods require longer to complete.
If you still didn't get the reward after some time, please check your payment method and contact us if you were charged or try again if the payment failed.

Why do you sell unban? Can't I write an appeal?

We understand this might sound sketchy at first, but for us this is the only way to keep the server without cheaters.
First, the development and maintenance of our anticheat is very time consuming and we want the cheaters to be charged for that.
Second, if we had unban appeals everyone would know they have a second chance and therefore a chance to slip past the anticheat. Furthermore we would spend our precious time reading unban appeals. This would simply lead to more cheaters and less development progress.
There has to be a way to get a second chance, but only for the ones who truly regret their actions.
